Hi,
I don't think the 'sort' is working.
Here is my site.

Initially it was all displayed by the order I added staff. Few days later, I added STEPHEN LEE-BURMAN (3rd row, 2nd col).
Q1 - I thought he would be displayed last but he is 3rd last.
Q2 - Business director wanted me to display him 2nd (1st row 2nd col). How do I do that?
