I would like to buy responsive background slideshow but I would like to know if I can use a slideshow background just in the home page and in the others just a static background???

yes, this is possible. In this case, you need to create 2 modules:

One for the home page (which is only assigned to the home page) that contains multiple images for your slideshow, and another one for all other menu items , i.e. it will be displayed everywhere except for the home page. This second module must be configured like this:

Animation duration : 0
Zoom : 100
Tilt : 0

These settings will produce a static background image. The first image in the list will always be used as the static image.
