Use with Kunena 1.6 issue

14 years 3 weeks ago #5 by migus
Hi, there.
First of all I want to say Big Thank You for this very useful extension.
I'm using it on nearly every site I build to manage links.
Need your help to clear one case. I'd like to use the features of Sitelinkx component in forum threads with Kunena 1.6
So, I try to set the "Joomla Content Plugin Support" in forum configuration to "Yes". And have the issue which make some sub-forum's headers corrupted this way (see picture)

Is there any chance to fix it?

My stuff:
Apache/2.2.16 (Unix)
PHP - 5.2.5
MySQL - 5.0.45
Joomla! 1.5.22 Stable
Kunena 1.6.0 (1.6.1)
Sitelinkx 1.51

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Hi Mike,

thanks for using Sitelinkx.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it seems to be a problem with UTF-8 in kunena forum. With the next version of Sitelinkx we will be doing a workaround for it. We expect it to be released 01/11.
Right now we have 2 other projects with higher priority, additionally we need to rebuild sitelinkx from scratch to resolve another IE issue with the backend. Sorry for your inconvenience, we'll do our best to solve the problem.
