joomla 1.7 with russian language pack, the problem in administrative panel is on the screenshots. Some character sets are displayed instead of points.
i tried to switch language, but it had no effect.
Is there any way to solve the problem?

Hi konfuciy,
we tried to reproduce this issue on a test installation with russian backend, and it worked as you can see in the screenshot.
Could you please turn on system and language debugging in the backend (global configuration - system - debug settings), make a screenshot of the sitelinkx component and post it here ?
don't forget to turn off debugging afterwards
edit: please be sure to make a screenshot from the whole site, we need the debug output
thank you,
maike

thank you much, i solved the problem. language file in your installation at the beginning contains some non-commented rows, that are recognized by joomla as a wrong code, also the language file encoding don't match russian version of joomla too.
since a deleted these rows and changed language file encoding it's working perfect.
thanks for really useful component.

Hi konfuciy,
could you please tell us which language encoding you are using? is it ru-RU or another one?
this could help us correcting the error with the russian translation for the future.
thank you
